You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any product for a full refund or exchange. We believe you should have ample time to experience our products and see the results for yourself.
Products must be at least 75% full with the original packaging intact. We understand that you need to try the product to know if it's right for you, so light use is perfectly acceptable.

If the exchange item is of higher value, we'll send a secure payment link for the difference. If it's lower, we'll refund the balance to your original payment method.
We provide free return shipping within Australia for all orders over $75. For orders under $75, a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
